Our goal is for them to become mindful contributors to their communities and to promote these activities within their environments.
Using a skill building approach, we offer life-changing workshops which builds confidence and develops a sense of accomplishment in young women.

We serve girls and their families in the Conejo Valley and Greater Los Angeles Areas.
For youth wishing to give back to our community we offer the GIP LEADERSHIP AND EMPOWERMENT – 6 WEEK SERIES WORKSHOP FOR GIRLS AGES 11 to 16 years old.

Volunteering with Girls in Power is easy!
You can be involved as a mentor, intern, volunteer, or guest teacher
We have many opportunities for volunteers to share in the Girls in Power experience
We do require, for our girls safety that all volunteers adhere to policies and procedures
Volunteers are required to fill out and sign necessary paperwork and comply with a background check
