GIP Programs Our mission is to uplift, empower, teach, and support girls in high risk environments so that they can become emotionally, physically, and financially self-reliant.

About Girls in Power Our goal is for them to become mindful contributors to their communities and to promote these activities within their environments.

Girls in Power Mission Using a skill building approach, we offer life-changing workshops which builds confidence and develops a sense of accomplishment in young women.

Programs & Events

GIP Essentials Workshop
The GIP Essentials Workshop is the flagship of our Girls in Power Programs.  It helps girls learn skills to build their circle of influence and the tools to navigate goal setting.  It also teaches the skills needed to handle challenges which occur on the “goal path” as well as the tools to effectively communicate.

This program builds thoughtful purpose driven leaders in our community. In it, girls learn skills to build their circle of influence, tools to navigate goal setting and the skills to handle challenges which occur on the “goal path”  as well as the tools to effectively communicate.

One-On-One Coaching Workshop
The  supportive coaches from our Girls in Power Programs challenge the girls to do their best by encouraging them in their classes and by facilitating a loving environment.

Mom & Daughter Workshop
This is a timely and pivotal program, out of all of our Girls in Power Programs.  The Mom & Daughter Workshop helps mothers and daughters discover their inner-beauty and connect with their passions.  They develop new confidence and self-value and GIP provides the tools which will helps Mothers and Daughters self-manage their daily lives successfully and live with satisfaction and joy.

Workshop Registration

Location: At our NEW partnership facility, Yogaworks in Westlake Village, located at 2475 Townsgate Road

We serve girls and their families in the Conejo Valley and Greater Los Angeles Areas.

For youth wishing to give back to our community we offer the GIP LEADERSHIP AND EMPOWERMENT – 6 WEEK SERIES WORKSHOP FOR GIRLS AGES 11 to 16 years old.

Girls in Power Volunteering with Girls in Power is easy!

GIP Registration You can be involved as a mentor, intern, volunteer, or guest teacher

GIP Essential Program We have many opportunities for volunteers to share in the Girls in Power experience

Girls in Power Volunteers We do require, for our girls safety that all volunteers adhere to policies and procedures

Volunteer Background Check Volunteers are required to fill out and sign necessary paperwork and comply with a background check
